hey ladies! i know everyone's lives are as busy as ever now and i haven't been able to update the blog for awhile. as you all know, i got engaged on nov. 6th (very exciting!) and this picture was taken just hours after he popped the big question. it is our only picture of the two of us from that night, so thank goodness for the highly reflective elevators. :) we have yet to set a date or determine a location. we are thinking europe, possibly italy, possibly croatia, possibly colorado. who knows. we'll try to get it figured out over christmas with our families. i'm not sure if all of you know, but jerry's parents and brother will be flying up to colorado this christmas to spend it with my family. it will be so nice to have everyone together. of course, my parents are trying to plan activities, such as listening to music, horseback riding, drinking coco and sledding (things you do in a small town in the winter :). should be a lot of fun! i'm just excited to get out of town for a bit and be with family.
work has also been quite busy lately. i was recently promoted to director of business affairs, which is exciting. ultimately, this is another promotion that won't really change my actual day-to-day duties, but it is definitely the recognition that i've been working my ass off for. this place has always been super challenging, but very rewarding as well.
nonetheless, the past few months have been quite eventful for me. a lot of changes, but all very exciting. i'll definitely keep you ladies posted on wedding plans. love you!

As for a wedding, would LOVE for you guys to have it in Europe as it would be so easy for us. I've heard great things about Croatia. :)
